Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in learning and development, instructional design, education, or related field.
• 6+ years designing, facilitating, and implementing learning solutions across multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience independently leading learning initiatives from needs identification through design, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
• Experience facilitating engaging learning for varied audiences, including people leaders and cross‑functional groups.

Responsibilities

• Own learning programs and projects from discovery through evaluation, bringing structure and accountability.
• Develop project plans, milestones, workflows, stakeholder roles, communications, success measures, and quality checkpoints.
• Research learning technologies, platforms, and external resources; recommend solutions that balance learner experience, business needs, practicality, and cost.
