Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Lead Talent Acquisition professional to own the full-cycle recruitment for specialized engineering, skilled-trades, operations, and other hard-to-fill roles. You will partner with Site HR, hiring managers and leadership to build talent pipelines and understand workforce needs.

You will lead 2–3 TA resources while developing proactive sourcing plans and ensuring a seamless intake-to-offer process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years TA/HR experience with a Bachelor's degree or 8+ years with a HS diploma/GED.
• Strong full-cycle recruiting experience including intake, sourcing, screening, offers, negotiation, and pre-employment.
• Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, operations, industrial or skilled-trades roles.
• Previous lead, senior or supervisory recruiting responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer, negotiation and onboarding.
• Recruit for engineering, technical, skilled-trades and operations positions.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Lead and mentor 2–3 TA resources on a day-to-day basis.
