Job summary

United Weld Holdings is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to design and execute a scalable, high-impact recruiting function across multiple sites. The role leads end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on skilled trades, alignment with operations, and a commitment to quality of hire and candidate experience.

You will partner with site leadership and HR, manage pipelines, implement sourcing strategies, track metrics, and ensure compliant, efficient processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades / craft workforce.
• Proven success supporting high-volume hiring and multi-site operations.
• Experience building recruiting strategies, pipelines, and processes.
• Strong knowledge of labor market dynamics in industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment from requisition intake to offer acceptance.
• Lead high-volume recruiting for skilled trades and craft roles.
• Build proactive pipelines and ready-now candidate benches.
• Track metrics like time-to-fill and quality of hire.
• Partner with site leadership on workforce planning.
• Design scalable TA strategy including sourcing channels and KPIs.
