United Weld Holdings is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to design and execute a scalable, high-impact recruiting function. You will own end-to-end recruitment for hourly and salaried roles, with emphasis on skilled trades, across multiple sites and business units.

The role partners with site leadership and HR to meet production needs, build proactive pipelines, and improve hiring processes while ensuring a quality candidate experience and compliance with employment laws.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades and multi-site operations.
• Strong knowledge of labor markets and hiring strategies.
• Proven ability to build pipelines and improve processes.
• Proficient in ATS usage and data-driven recruiting metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end recruitment from requisition intake through offers.
• Partner with operations and HR to define role needs and strategy.
• Manage multiple site requisitions and prioritize hiring with leadership.
• Develop multi-channel sourcing and pipelines for critical roles.
• Track metrics and drive continuous improvement in process.
• Ensure compliant, high-quality candidate experience.
