Job summary

United Weld Holdings is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to build a scalable recruiting function supporting multiple sites in the manufacturing space. You will lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried roles with a focus on skilled trades and craft labor.

This strategic role partners with operations, HR, and site leadership to design, implement, and continuously improve talent strategies, processes, and KPIs across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience or more in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades/craft workforce.
• Ability to build pipelines and staffing plans across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment from requisition intake to offer and start date readiness.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements and labor market conditions.
• Manage requisitions across multiple sites and business units.
• Lead high-volume recruiting for skilled trades and craft roles (e.g., welders, technicians).
• Build proactive pipelines and ready-now candidate benches for critical roles.
• Design scalable TA strategies, sourcing channels, workflows, and KPIs.
• Ensure compliant, efficient hiring processes aligned with standards.
• Track metrics and drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes.
