Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Lead Talent Acquisition professional to own the full-cycle recruitment for specialized engineering, skilled-trades, operations, and other hard-to-fill roles. You will partner with Site HR, hiring managers and leadership to build talent pipelines and understand workforce needs.

You will lead 2–3 TA resources while developing proactive sourcing plans and ensuring a seamless intake-to-offer process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years TA/HR experience with a Bachelor's degree or 8+ years with a HS diploma/GED.
• Strong full-cycle recruiting experience including intake, sourcing, screening, offers, negotiation, and pre-employment.
• Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, operations, industrial or skilled-trades roles.
• Previous lead, senior or supervisory recruiting responsibility.

Responsibilities

This role is hybrid onsite, 3 days per week in Bagdad, AZ

We are seeking a Lead Talent Acquisition professional to own full-cycle recruiting for specialized engineering, skilled-trades, operations, and other hard-to-fill positions. This individual will partner closely with Site HR, hiring managers, and operations leadership to understand workforce needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and build strong talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer, negotiation, and onboarding.
• Recruit for engineering, technical, skilled-trades, and operations positions.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Lead, mentor, and provide day-to-day direction to 2–3 TA resources.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition/HR experience with a Bachelor's degree OR 8+ years with a High School Diploma/GED.
• Strong full-cycle recruiting experience, including intake, sourcing, screening, offers, negotiation, and pre-employment processes.
• Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, operations, industrial, or skilled-trades positions.
• Previous experience in a Lead, Senior, or Supervisory recruiting role.
