Job summary
Ladders is seeking a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner- Advanced Manufacturing to lead strategic recruiting for high-complexity roles, partnering with senior stakeholders to shape hiring plans and improve talent acquisition outcomes. You will build strong candidate pipelines, elevate the candidate experience, and support complex offer negotiations and immigration-related needs.
The position also plays a key role in strengthening the employer brand and driving process improvements across TA.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Significant recruitment experience with sourcing and screening.
- Experience with complex offers and immigration support.
- Experience recruiting for Advanced Manufacturing roles.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and shape recruitment strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute hiring strategies for high-complexity roles
- Cultivate a robust candidate pipeline using advanced sourcing techniques
- Ensure an inclusive and positive candidate experience
- Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders on talent acquisition
- Lead negotiations for complex offers aligned with business needs
- Champion the company's employer brand internally and externally
- Identify areas for continuous improvement using Lean methodology
