Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a driven Full-Cycle Recruiter to build pipelines and drive hiring across engineering disciplines. You will partner with hiring teams, lead proactive searches, and own candidate generation from strategy to outreach in a fast-paced environment.

You will leverage advanced sourcing techniques and market intelligence to uncover hard-to-find talent, manage multiple searches, and operate with autonomy with minimal day-to-day direction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting and/or talent sourcing with a proactive focus.
• Advanced sourcing skills: Boolean search, talent mapping, competitive intelligence.
• Proven success engaging hard-to-find talent in technical teams.
• Experience recruiting for Software/Hardware Engineering and related roles.
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver results with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain pipelines of passive and active candidates across technical disciplines.
• Partner with recruiters and managers to implement sourcing strategies aligned with needs.
• Utilize Boolean search, talent mapping, market research and networking to find candidates.
• Conduct market analysis to identify talent trends and target pools.
• Develop personalized outreach campaigns to attract top talent.
• Generate qualified pipelines for complex, hard-to-fill roles.
• Evaluate and adopt new sourcing tools, channels, and methods.
• Manage multiple searches with strong organization and engagement.
