United Weld Holdings is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to design and execute a scalable recruiting function across multiple sites. The role focuses on skilled trades and craft workforce hiring, driving end-to-end recruitment and a high-quality candidate experience.

You will partner with site leadership and HR to align recruiting with production demand, build pipelines, and improve time-to-fill while ensuring compliance and process consistency.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent recruiting experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in manufacturing, industrial, or construction environments.
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades / craft workforce.
• Proven success in high-volume hiring and multi-site operations.
• Experience building recruiting strategies, pipelines, and processes, not just executing requisitions.
• Strong knowledge of labor market dynamics in industrial environments.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end recruitment from requisition intake through offer acceptance and start date readiness.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy.
• Manage requisitions across multiple sites and business units.
• Lead high-volume recruiting efforts for skilled trades and craft roles.
• Build proactive pipelines and ready-now candidate benches for critical roles.
• Develop and implement scalable talent acquisition strategy, sourcing channels, and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the ATS and support pre-employment processes.
