Responsibilities

• Execute billing functions to generate client invoices, review prebills, adjust entries, and apply prepayments and trust funds.
• Generate, post, and distribute invoices to clients and attorneys promptly and accurately.
• Maintain and update billing databases for accurate client billing data.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to address billing matters and ensure client alignment.
• Monitor unbilled WIP to support timely billing cycles.
• Create spreadsheets and reports from financial systems and dashboards to support billing operations.
