Job summary

Qualifications

• Two+ years of billing experience in a law firm.
• Experience with Aderant and Prebill Viewer preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process client invoices by reviewing prebills, editing entries, and applying prepayments.
• Generate, post, and distribute invoices to clients and attorneys.
• Maintain billing databases and ensure accurate data retrieval.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff on billing issues and client expectations.
• Monitor unbilled WIP to support timely billing cycles.
