Applicants should have a JD from a top-tier law school, Georgia bar in good standing, and 3–8 years of labor and employment experience, with a track record in employment litigation and independent case management.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Georgia Bar in good standing
• 3–8 years of substantive labor and employment law experience
• Experience in employment litigation in state and federal courts
• Ability to manage matters independently and as part of a team
• Strong legal research, writing and advocacy skills
• Experience at a large or well-regarded law firm is preferred

Responsabilités

• Handle a wide range of labor and employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Represent management in employment-related claims before state and federal courts and agencies
• Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and participate in depositions and hearings
• Advise clients on day-to-day employment issues and risk mitigation
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop litigation strategy and deliver practical, business-oriented solutions
