Markent Personnel is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney for its Atlanta, GA office. This hybrid role focuses on sophisticated management-side employment matters with strong litigation experience in a collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates have a JD from a top-tier law school, active Georgia bar membership, and 3–8 years of labor and employment experience, including employment litigation in state and federal courts. Big firm background preferred.

• Significant employment litigation experience in state and federal courts.
• Strong research and writing skills for complex matters.
• Ability to manage cases independently and within teams.

Responsabilidades

• Handle a wide range of labor and employment litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Represent management in employment-related claims before courts and agencies.
• Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and participate in depositions/hearings.
• Advise clients on day-to-day employment issues and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop litigation strategy and provide practical solutions.
