Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Associate Attorney for the Atlanta office. Hybrid work model with strong litigation focus and opportunities to handle sophisticated employment matters in collaboration with a high-performing team.

Ideal candidates will have a JD from a top law school, active Georgia bar in good standing, and 3–8 years of labor and employment experience, including employment litigation in state and federal courts.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in Georgia, in good standing
• 3-8 years of substantive labor and employment law experience
• Significant experience in employment litigation, including matters in state and federal courts
• Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently and as part of a team
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating effectively within team-based environments
• Experience gained at a large or well-regarded law firm preferred

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of labor and employment litigation matters, from inception through resolution, including single-plaintiff and complex disputes
• Represent management in employment-related claims before state and federal courts and administrative agencies
• Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and participate in depositions and hearings
• Advise clients on day-to-day employment issues and risk mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop litigation strategy and deliver practical, business-oriented solutions
