The ideal candidate has substantial litigation experience handling sophisticated employment matters in a collaborative, high‑performing environment.

Candidate Profile: a JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record; active Georgia Bar admission in good standing; 3–8 years of substantive labor and employment experience;

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Georgia Bar admission in good standing.
• 3–8 years of substantive labor and employment law experience.
• Significant experience in employment litigation in state and federal courts.
• Ability to manage matters independently and collaborate in a team.

Responsabilités

• Handle a wide range of labor and employment litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Represent management in claims before state and federal courts and agencies.
• Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and participate in depositions and hearings.
• Advise clients on day-to-day employment issues and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop litigation strategy and practical solutions.
