Job summary

Our client, a leading AmLaw 100 firm, seeks an experienced Labor & Employment Associate Attorney for its Atlanta office. This hybrid role focuses on sophisticated employment matters with strong litigation experience in a collaborative environment.

Candidates should have a top-tier JD, Georgia bar in good standing, 3–8 years of labor and employment experience, and significant litigation exposure. Large firm experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Georgia, in good standing.
• 3–8 years of substantive labor and employment law experience.
• Significant experience in employment litigation, including matters in state and federal courts.
• Experience gained at a large or well-regarded law firm preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of labor and employment litigation matters, from inception through resolution.
• Represent management in employment-related claims before state and federal courts and agencies.
• Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and participate in depositions and hearings.
• Advise clients on day-to-day employment issues and risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop litigation strategy and deliver practical, business-oriented solutions.
