Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Training Coordinator or Learning Operations Coordinator.
• Strong training/learning operations and stakeholder coordination experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple processes independently.
• Willingness to support occasional on-site training events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full training lifecycle from intake, approvals, registration, and payments through completion and reporting.
• Manage training requests, schedules, participant registrations, and learning records.
• Analyze training/operational data and prepare reports, metrics, dashboards, and trend analysis.
• Coordinate with vendors, Procurement, Finance/AP, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage invoices, registrations, payments, and vendor-related activities.
• Provide professional communication and operational support to the L&D team.
