Job summary

Power Design Inc. in St. Petersburg, FL, is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to drive our training function. You will schedule programs, manage rosters, and build materials while using Workday Learning to create courses and reports.

The role requires organizational excellence, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple programs with attention to detail. Some travel and hybrid work options are available as part of a growing corporate learning team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college.
• 1–2 years of training coordination or L&D experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; LMS/Workday a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Bilingual is a plus (Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Support learning programs, update materials, and set up training rooms.
• Manage rosters, attendance, onboarding, boot camps, and other programs.
• Enter data in Workday Learning; build courses and assignments.
• Administer program maintenance: scheduling, tracking, reporting.
• Coordinate schedules for multiple trainings across departments.
• Facilitate sessions as needed; provide in-session support.
• Track feedback and follow-up with learners.
• Coordinate meals, travel for participants.
• Help prepare applications for training grants.
• Compile training data and reports including expenses.
• Plan logistics for on-site or off-site sessions; some travel.
• Collaborate with SMEs to publish the training calendar.
• Perform other duties as required.
