We are looking for a organized and data-driven Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator to support the planning, administration, and execution of our organizational learning initiatives. In this role, you will manage day-to-day training operations, coordinate logistics with internal and external stakeholders, and leverage data dashboards to track participation, evaluate program effectiveness, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
L&D Program & Operations Management
- Coordinate logistics for live, virtual, and asynchronous training sessions, including scheduling, calendar invites, venue/platform setup, and participant tracking.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, managers, and external vendors regarding L&D programs, schedules, and resources.
- Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate course uploads, enrollment management, and completion tracking.
- Manage training materials, vendor contracts, and purchase orders, keeping track of L&D budget allocations.
- Design, update, and maintain L&D dashboards (using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel/Google Looker Studio) to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor metrics such as course completion rates, training hours, learner satisfaction scores (CSAT), and skill compliance across departments.
- Analyze evaluation data (e.g., pre/post-assessments, post-training surveys) to identify trends, training gaps, and areas for program improvement.
- Generate regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly L&D reports for HR leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5 years of experience in L&D coordination or training administration.
- Dashboard & Data Proficiency: Hands-on experience building, maintaining, or customizing data dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Google Looker Studio).
- Technical Skills: Experience administering Learning Management Systems (e.g., Cornerstone, Workday Learning, Absorb LMS, Docebo) and proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Organization: Strong project management and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with instructional design principles (e.g., ADDIE model) or training evaluation models (e.g., Kirkpatrick 4-Level Model).
- Experience with survey and analytics tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Formstack, Google Forms).
