Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking a Knowledge Management Manager to develop, maintain, and improve knowledge content that enables operations teams to perform effectively. You will partner with internal teams, vendor training groups, and subject matter experts to ensure content aligns with processes and governance standards.

The role emphasizes translating complex processes into clear, usable content, applying lifecycle management, and driving continuous improvement across knowledge experiences

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years in knowledge management, content management, communications, learning and development, or a related field.
• Experience developing, maintaining, or improving structured operational content using established standards or governance practices.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to gather information, clarify requirements, and improve content accuracy, usability, or accessibility.
• Experience analyzing content usage, search behavior, feedback, or other performance information to recommend practical improvements.
• Automotive or financial services industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Knowledge Management, or a related field, or equivalent related work experience.
• Knowledge of content development, organization, maintenance, and lifecycle management practices.
• Understanding of how employees search for, access, and use operational information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain operational knowledge content in accordance with established standards.
• Translate complex business processes into clear, concise content that supports employee performance.
• Apply knowledge management standards for content structure, organization, quality, ownership, and lifecycle management.
• Analyze content usage and feedback to identify practical improvements and enhance usability.
• Collaborate with internal Performance Enablement teams and vendor partners to align knowledge content with training and processes.
• Support broader Performance Enablement priorities through instructional design and content development.
