Job summary

Hyundai Capital America (HCA) is seeking a Knowledge Management Manager to develop, maintain, and improve accurate operational knowledge content for the workforce. You will partner with internal teams and vendor training to align content with processes and standards, improving usability and reducing duplication.

The role emphasizes translating complex processes into clear materials, applying governance, and collaborating across functions to support Performance Enablement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of related experience in knowledge management, content management, communications, learning and development, or related field.
• Experience developing, maintaining, or improving structured operational content using established standards or governance practices.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to gather information, clarify requirements, and improve content accuracy, usability, or accessibility.
• Experience analyzing content usage, search behavior, feedback, or other performance information to recommend practical improvements.
• Automotive or financial services industry experience preferred.
