• Minimum 5-7 years of related experience in knowledge management, content management, communications, learning and development, or a related field.
• Experience developing, maintaining, or improving structured operational content using established standards or governance practices.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to gather information, clarify requirements, and improve content accuracy, usability, or accessibility.
• Experience analyzing content usage, search behavior, feedback, or other performance information to recommend practical improvements.

• The Knowledge Management Manager develops, maintains, and improves accurate, accessible, and usable operational knowledge content that enables operations employees to perform their work effectively.
• Apply knowledge management standards for content structure, organization, quality, ownership, and lifecycle management.
• Analyze content usage to identify opportunities to improve the knowledge experience and support Improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendor training to align knowledge content with training and operational needs.
• Support broader Performance Enablement priorities through instructional design support and content development.
