Job summary

Hyundai Capital America (HCA) is hiring a Knowledge Management Manager to develop, maintain, and improve operational knowledge content that enables frontline operations. You will work with internal teams and vendor training to ensure content aligns with processes and business needs.

The role emphasizes applying governance standards, reducing duplication, and enhancing usability while supporting broader Performance Enablement initiatives and content strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of related experience in knowledge management, content management, communications, learning and development, or a related field.
• Experience developing, maintaining, or improving structured operational content using established standards or governance practices.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to gather information, clarify requirements, and improve content accuracy, usability, or accessibility.
• Experience analyzing content usage, search behavior, feedback, or other performance information to recommend practical improvements.
• Automotive or financial services industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain operational knowledge content that supports employee performance.
• Translate complex business processes into clear, concise content.
• Apply knowledge management standards for content structure, ownership, and lifecycle management.
• Identify outdated or duplicative content and recommend corrections.
• Collaborate with internal and vendor partners to align with training and operational processes.
• Support broader Performance Enablement priorities through instructional design and content development.
