Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking a Knowledge Management Manager to develop, maintain, and improve operational knowledge content supporting frontline operations. The role partners with internal teams, vendor training groups, and subject matter experts to ensure content aligns with business needs and processes.

You will apply established standards, identify opportunities to consolidate content, and support broader Performance Enablement priorities through content development and instructional

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of related experience in knowledge management or a related field.
• Experience developing, maintaining, or improving structured content using standards or governance.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify requirements and improve content accuracy.
• Experience analyzing content usage to identify improvements.
• Automotive or financial services industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve operational knowledge content aligned with standards.
• Translate complex processes into clear, usable content for employees.
• Apply knowledge management standards for structure, quality, ownership, and lifecycle management.
• Identify outdated or duplicate content and implement corrections.
• Collaborate with internal and vendor partners to align content with training and processes.
