Job summary

Cypress HCM seeks a Knowledge Management Specialist to enhance how employees create, organize, access, and leverage critical knowledge across enterprise platforms.

The role focuses on governance, content strategy, SharePoint Online administration, information architecture, and improving the employee digital experience. You will partner with stakeholders, deliver training, and drive content lifecycle improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years in knowledge management, content strategy, and digital workplace operations.
• Hands-on experience configuring SharePoint Online including sites, libraries, metadata, permissions.
• Experience implementing knowledge governance with audits, ownership, and version control.
• Strong information architecture, taxonomy, metadata, and search fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge management practices to improve content quality and user experience.
• Conduct content inventories, audits, and gap analyses to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Establish and maintain content governance standards, including: Taxonomy and metadata, Ownership models, Review cycles, Version control, Naming conventions, Content lifecycle management.
• Partner with subject matter experts to transform complex information into clear, user-friendly resources including: SOPs, Quick reference guides, Training materials, Support documentation.
