Job summary

Hyundai Capital America seeks a Knowledge Management Manager to develop and maintain operational knowledge content that enables frontline teams to perform at a high level. You will partner with internal teams, vendors, and leaders to identify needs, apply standards, and ensure content aligns with processes and goals.

Key responsibilities include translating complex processes into clear material, governing content lifecycle, and driving improvements through usage analysis and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of related experience in knowledge management, content management, communications, learning and development, or a related field.
• Experience developing, maintaining, or improving structured operational content using established standards or governance practices.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to gather information, clarify requirements, and improve content accuracy, usability, or accessibility.
• Experience analyzing content usage, search behavior, feedback, or other performance information to recommend practical improvements.
• Automotive or financial services industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve accurate, usable operational knowledge content.
• Translate complex processes into clear, usable content for employees.
• Apply knowledge management standards for content structure, ownership, and lifecycle.
• Identify outdated or duplicative content and recommend corrections.
• Collaborate with internal and vendor partners to align content with training and processes.
• Support broader Performance Enablement priorities with content and instructional design input.
