Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking a Knowledge Management Manager to develop and maintain clear, usable operational content for our workforce. You will partner with internal teams and vendor partners to align content with training, processes, and performance goals.

The role emphasizes governance, content lifecycle management, and continuous improvement to reduce duplication and enhance usability across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of related experience in knowledge management, content management, communications, learning and development, or a related field.
• Experience developing, maintaining, or improving structured operational content using established standards or governance practices.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to gather information, clarify requirements, and improve content accuracy, usability, or accessibility.
• Experience analyzing content usage, search behavior, feedback, or other performance information to recommend practical improvements.
• Automotive or financial services industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Knowledge Management, or a related field, or equivalent related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve operational knowledge content in line with established standards.
• Translate complex processes into clear, usable content for employees.
• Apply knowledge management standards for content structure, ownership, and lifecycle management.
• Identify outdated or duplicative content and recommend corrections.
• Collaborate with internal and vendor teams to align content with training and processes.
• Support broader Performance Enablement priorities through content development and related projects.
