Job summary

Jacobs is hiring a Junior Level Business Development Coordinator for the Northeast U.S. This role supports Business Development leadership with data input across internal tools and collaborates with Technical staff to create professional documents and marketing materials.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment. Bachelor's in Marketing or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Architectural, Engineering, or Construction industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including grammar, punctuation, and formatting.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Search RFQ/RFPs on external platforms and distribute to stakeholders, manage addenda, and upload proposals.
• Enter and manage data in multiple sales and reporting tools.
• Provide marketing support and draft announcements for publication on LinkedIn and Jacobs sites.
• Coordinate and develop sales documents like Task Order proposals with cross-functional teams.
• Read complex documents, synthesize data, and determine next steps and actions.
