Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Junior Level Business Development Coordinator aligned with the Northeast U.S. geography. The role focuses on inputting data into internal systems and creating professional internal/external documents and marketing materials.

The ideal candidate will support sales leadership, handle RFQ/RFP processes, and assist with content creation for proposals and announcements, while working a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Architectural, Engineering, or Construction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple simultaneous projects.

Responsibilities

• Search RFQ/RFPs on external eProcurement platforms and distribute to stakeholders; manage addenda and upload documents.
• Enter and manage data in multiple sales tools and reporting systems.
• Provide marketing support by drafting announcements for LinkedIn and Jacobs site; liaise with corporate marketing.
