Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Junior Level Business Development Coordinator aligned with the Northeast U.S. This role supports input and maintenance of data in internal tools, and collaborates with BD and Technical staff to produce internal and external documents and marketing materials.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in Architectural/Engineering/Construction, strong written communication, and detail orientation. Hybrid work is offered with two days in the local Jacobs office.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Search RFQ/RFPs and route to stakeholders, manage addenda, and upload proposals.
• Enter and manage data in multiple sales tools and reporting systems.
• Draft internal/external documents and marketing materials with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate and develop sales documents such as Task Order proposals across time zones.
• Assist sales leadership with compiling reports, dashboards, and presentations.
