Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Junior Level Business Development Coordinator in the Northeast U.S. aligned with our sales operations.

The role focuses on inputting and maintaining data in internal reporting tools and creating professional internal and external documents and marketing materials. Ideal candidates are organized, deadline-driven, and capable of collaborating with Business Development and Technical staff across time zones to support proposals, data management, and communication efforts while

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in architectural, engineering, or construction industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including grammar and formatting.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet fast-paced deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience with Salesforce for data management and MS Office/Adobe tools.

Responsibilities

• Search RFQ and RFPs on external platforms and distribute addenda to stakeholders.
• Enter and manage data in multiple sales and reporting systems.
• Provide marketing support by drafting announcements for LinkedIn and company site.
• Coordinate and develop sales documents such as Task Order proposals with cross-team input.
• Read complex documentation, extract key data, and determine action steps.
• Proofread and edit technical and non-technical documents for accuracy.
• Assist leadership with compiling internal reports, timelines, graphs, and presentations.
• Update client quotes and project team resumes for internal use.
