Jacobs is seeking a Junior Level Business Development Coordinator to support data input and maintenance in internal systems, while assisting with marketing materials and sales documents. The role collaborates with Business Development and Technical staff across time zones to deliver content that meets deadlines.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in Architecture/Engineering/Construction, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Adobe products.

Responsibilities

• Enter and manage data in multiple tools and systems critical to sales processes and reporting.

• Assist in developing sales documents and coordinating with project managers and design staff across time zones.
• Support internal reporting, create timelines, tables, and graphs for reports and presentations.
