Job summary

Jacobs is hiring a Junior Level Business Development Coordinator to support data input, reporting, and marketing materials across our Northeast U.S. geography.

The role partners with BD leadership and technical staff to craft internal and external documents while helping implement the sales strategy. You will learn and help execute critical sales functions, manage multiple projects, and collaborate across time zones to deliver content on schedule.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in a related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Searches for RFQ and RFPs on external eProcurement platforms and distributes them to internal stakeholders.
• Enter and manage data in tools and systems critical to sales processes and reporting.
• Provide marketing support by drafting project win or new hire announcements for publication.
• Help coordinate and develop sales documents, including Task Order proposals, interfacing with PMs and designers.
• Read complex documents, synthesize data, and determine next steps and stakeholders.
• Proofread and edit technical and non-technical documents for accuracy.
• Assist leadership with gathering statistics, timelines, tables, graphs for reports, and presentations.
• Assist client account managers with internal documentation and publishing quotes.
