Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Junior Level Business Development Coordinator in the Northeast U.S. This role supports Business Development leadership by inputting data into internal tools and creating professional documents for internal and external use.

A strong candidate is organized, inquisitive, and capable of meeting fast-paced deadlines while collaborating across teams. You will work in a hybrid model, two days per week at the assigned Jacobs office, and contribute to the sales strategy while gaining

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines
• Proficiency with data management and reporting tools
• Experience in marketing support and content creation

Responsibilities

• Search RFQ/RFPs on external platforms and distribute to stakeholders
• Enter and manage data in multiple sales tools and systems
• Provide marketing support and draft announcements for publications
• Coordinate and develop sales documents, liaising with PMs, designers and publishers
• Read complex documents, synthesize data, and determine next steps
• Proofread and edit technical and non-technical documents
• Assist with gathering sales statistics, dashboards, timelines and presentations
• Prepare internal documentation and publish client quotes and resumes
