Jacobs is seeking a Junior Level Business Development Coordinator aligned with our Northeast U.S. geography.

This role supports Business Development leadership by inputting and maintaining data in internal reporting tools, and by producing professional marketing documents. You will coordinate RFQ/RFP activity, manage data across sales systems, and assist with sales proposals and internal reports, with a hybrid schedule requiring two days per week in the assigned Jacobs office and remote work the

Qualifikationen

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Architectural, Engineering, or Construction industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including grammar, punctuation, spelling, and formatting preferred.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Searches RFQ and RFPs on external eProcurement platforms, distributes them to internal stakeholders, manages addenda, and uploads proposals back into the platform.
• Enters and manages data in multiple tools and systems critical to sales processes and reporting.
• Provides marketing support to geographic sales team by drafting project win or new hire announcements for publication.
• Helps coordinate and develop sales documents such as Task Order proposals, interfacing with project managers and designers to deliver content on schedule.
• Reads complex documentation, synthesizes data, and determines next steps and actions.
• Proofreads and edits technical and non-technical documents for accuracy and consistency.
• Assists leadership with gathering information, developing timelines, graphs, and presentations; prepares PowerPoint presentations and meeting materials; sets up meetings and updates Excel files.
• Assists with preparing internal documentation for sales use and updating client quotes and master resumes.
