Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Junior Level Business Development Coordinator to support data entry, reporting, and marketing materials across the Northeast U.S. geography.

You will collaborate with Business Development leadership and cross-functional teams to keep proposals and internal documents organized and accurate. Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience, preferably in Architectural/Engineering/Construction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including grammar and formatting.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to meet fast-paced deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Searches RFQ/RFPs on external platforms and distributes them to stakeholders.
• Enters and manages data in multiple sales tools and reporting systems.
• Produces marketing materials and drafts announcements for publication.
• Prepares internal documents and timelines, PowerPoint presentations, and meeting notes.
