Qualifications
- Staffing industry experience is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
- Expert communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel locally.
Responsibilities
- Meet Fortune 500 clients to sell IT talent and project solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with IT Hiring Managers.
- Generate revenue through prospecting and networking.
- Coordinate with recruiters to prep candidates for interviews.
- Meet and exceed weekly sales goals and targets.
- Serve as primary account contact and resolve issues.
- Mentor recruiters and support sourcing efforts.
