Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified IT professionals for Fortune 500 clients.
• Conduct daily candidate phone interviews in a fast-paced environment.
• Evaluate candidates’ history, education, technical skills, and salary.
• Negotiate wage rates with candidates and sell job client opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of recruitment activity.
• Create a positive experience for candidates by communicating regularly.
• Oversee interview scheduling and communicate offers to selected candidates.
• Partner with outside sales to ensure quality candidates are presented.
