Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Experience recruiting in IT space is required.
- Strong prioritization and ability to handle multiple duties in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport and generate interest.
Responsibilities
- Recruit qualified IT professionals for Fortune 500 clients.
- Conduct daily candidate phone interviews in a fast-paced environment.
- Evaluate candidates’ history, education, and technical skills and salary expectations.
- Negotiate wages and present opportunities to clients and candidates.
- Maintain accurate recruitment activity documentation and candidate communications.
- Schedule interviews and communicate offers to selected candidates.
- Partner with outside sales to present top candidates to clients.
