KellyMitchell is seeking a dynamic recruiter to source IT professionals for Fortune 500 clients. You will conduct daily phone interviews, assess candidates’ backgrounds, and negotiate offers to close top talent.

The role combines in-office culture with hybrid work and ongoing recruiter training. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in fast-paced environments, experience recruiting IT talent, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven track record in a competitive, fast pace, results-oriented environment.
• Experience recruiting in the IT space is required.
• Ability to quickly assess candidates’ skills and character as they relate to the position.
• Excellent prioritization skills and ability to handle multiple duties in a goal driven environment.
• Expert communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and generate interest.

Responsabilidades

• Day to Day: Recruit qualified IT professionals for Fortune 500 clients.
• Conduct daily candidate phone interviews in a fast-paced environment.
• Evaluate candidates’ employment history, education, and technical skills.
• Negotiate wage rates with candidates and present client opportunities.
• Partner with outside sales team to ensure quality candidates are presented.
