Job summary

USIC LLC is seeking an IT Helpdesk Specialist to ensure employees receive timely technology support and to handle imaging of laptops and tablets in the Imaging Lab at the Corporate Office.

Location: 9045 River Road, Indianapolis, IN 46240. Schedule: Hybrid – alternate 2 weeks in office and 2 weeks from home. Respond to inquiries by phone and email, provide Tier I support, repair and deploy devices, and contribute to special projects.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or IT certifications required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience interfacing with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to diagnose issues and provide timely resolutions.
• At least two years of end-user support experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone and email.
• Provide Tier I support to field and corporate associates.
• Repair, image, and deploy laptops, tablets, and IT equipment.
• Work on special projects as assigned.
