Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a Field Support Analyst II in Indianapolis, IN for hybrid work (3 days in-office). You will troubleshoot and repair computer hardware/software of moderate complexity and support the Software Deployment team.

Minimum qualifications include an AA/AS in IT or related field with 3+ years PC/OS experience and Dell hardware certification. Preference for Microsoft A+, MCP, and Network+.

Qualifications

• Requires AA/AS in IT, Computer Science or related field with at least 3 years experience with PC and operating systems.
• Dell hardware certification or equivalent experience.
• Preference for Microsoft A+, MCP and Network+ certifications.

Responsibilities

• Installs a wide variety of computer hardware equipment.
• Identifies when software licensing needs to be obtained and installs software of moderate complexity.
• Recommends standard software that will meet customer needs and assists the Software Deployment team in troubleshooting packages not deployed in large deliveries.
• Provides remote-hands support for other IT groups or outsourcers.
• Troubleshoots and repairs computer software problems of moderate complexity.
• Participates in single and large scale moves.
• Performs Tech Refresh installations and end user acceptance testing.
• Participates in other lights-on projects where technical resources are needed.
• Attends project meetings and provides technical/logistical advice to the team.
