Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s or technical degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or 2 years of relevant experience.
• Provides prompt, friendly customer-focused IT support at a designated office.
• Logs and updates service requests in the ticketing system.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, customer-focused IT support at a designated office.
• Log all service desk calls and requests into the ITSM system.
• Diagnose and resolve basic to intermediate hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist with office moves by setting up network equipment.
• Perform hardware imaging and equipment deployments.
• Manage and reclaim unused hardware and software to improve cost efficiency.
