Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a Field Support Analyst II in Indianapolis, IN for a hybrid role requiring in-office presence 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Requires an AA/AS degree in Information Technology or related field and 3 years of PC/OS experience with Dell hardware certification.
• US residency required under CMS TDL 190275.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair computer software and hardware of moderate complexity.
• Install a wide variety of computer hardware equipment.
• Identify when software licensing is needed and install software of moderate complexity.
• Assist Software Deployment team in troubleshooting large-scale deliveries.
• Provide remote-hands support for other IT groups or outsourcers.
• Participate in moves and Tech Refresh installations.
• Attend project meetings and offer technical/logistical guidance.
