Job summary

Carmel Partners, Inc. in Denver, CO seeks a Technology Support Associate to serve as the primary on-site tech resource for the Denver office.

The role delivers responsive, high-quality support for hardware, software, conference room tech, and mobile devices while coordinating with the Business Technology team. Responsibilities include imaging, AV setup, inventory management, onboarding/offboarding, executive support, and incident tracking.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support in an enterprise corporate setting.
• Deskside and on-site support experience in a corporate office.
• Experience supporting Mac OS laptops and iOS devices, preferably with JAMF, and mobile device configuration.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
• Experience with Active Directory/Entra ID and Zoom/AV support.
• Familiar with enterprise AI tools such as Claude Enterprise and Microsoft 365 Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technology assistance for deskside and remote users.
• Image, deploy, repair, and securely dispose of devices; manage conference room AV systems.
• Maintain local technology inventory and support new hires and offboarding.
• Support executives and events; document issues in the ticketing system.
• Coordinate with external support teams and ISPs for connectivity and service.
• Assist with AI tool provisioning and enterprise-wide enablement.
