Raymond James is seeking an IT Helpdesk professional to resolve hardware and software issues for end users. The role follows a hybrid model, with in-office presence in Denver, CO three days per week after training onsite five days a week.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 2–3 years in a helpdesk or support role.
• Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Familiarity with corporate software images and IT security basics.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, troubleshoot hardware and software via phone, remote, or onsite.
• Monitor incidents and document work in the ticketing system.
• Explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Assist with software image deployment and system configuration.
• Follow policies for technology use, security, and support.
• Report system issues to clients and management for quality service.
• Contribute to knowledge base and issue trend analysis.
• Document issues, steps, and resolutions for future reference.
• Perform advanced hardware diagnostics and warranty actions as needed.
• Participate in testing of new hardware/software releases.
• Support cross-functional technology projects and on-call needs.
