Job summary

Carmel Partners in Denver, CO, seeks a Technology Support Associate to be the primary onsite tech resource for the Denver office, delivering deskside support, AV setup for meetings, and local hardware management.

This full-time hybrid role requires 2+ years IT support in an enterprise setting, Mac OS/iOS expertise (JAMF), networking basics, AD/Entra ID, Zoom, and interest in enterprise AI tools. Occasional travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years IT support in an enterprise setting, onsite and remote.
• Mac OS laptops and iOS devices support required (JAMF).
• Familiarity with AD/Entra ID, Zoom and AV systems.
• Basic networking knowledge and hands-on LG hardware setup.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite technology resource for the Denver office, providing hands-on deskside support.
• Set up, test, and troubleshoot conference room AV (Zoom Rooms, displays, cameras, audio).
• Manage local tech inventory, asset tagging, and hardware shipping.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding, equipment recovery, and secure data handling.
• Provide onsite support to executives and staff, and support events and meetings.
• Document issues in the ticketing system and coordinate with outsourced support.
• Support remote PCs and mobile devices; assist with network tasks in IDF/MDF.
• Assist with VPN/Wi-Fi/VoIP issues and liaise with ISPs and vendors.
• Support enterprise AI tools provisioning and inventory; track licenses.
