Job summary

Elements is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Denver-based IT team. You will own the day-to-day helpdesk queue, troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and access issues, and respond to security alerts to keep people productive across multiple locations.

You'll work with cloud identity and security, AV, and business systems, while growing your skills through mentoring and hands-on projects. You will support onboarding, device imaging, AD/Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 administration,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support, helpdesk, or related role.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS in a business environment.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day helpdesk queue from intake to resolution.
• Respond to security alerts and escalate when needed.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding including device builds and provisioning.
