Job summary

Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP in Denver is seeking two experienced IT Analysts to join our hybrid team. Provide second‑level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices while coordinating with IT teams and vendors.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree in IT or related field, 5+ years of hands-on desktop support, and proficiency with Windows, Microsoft 365, BeyondTrust, ServiceNow, SCCM, and iManage.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on desktop support in a professional services or fast-paced environment.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft endpoint management preferred.
• Familiarity with law firm tech workflows and Microsoft 365 apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, second-level hardware and software support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Image, configure, deploy, and maintain equipment; install software and perform maintenance.
• Coordinate with Applications, Networking, Systems, and vendors to resolve advanced issues.
• Maintain incident and asset documentation; support onboarding/offboarding activities.
• Monitor tickets and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
