Job summary

SRS Acquiom is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our IT Support team, handling desktop and cloud app support, hardware issues, and network infrastructure across our Denver office. The role emphasizes macOS support, onboarding new staff, and improving IT processes.

The candidate should be eager to learn, capable of troubleshooting laptops and mobile devices, and contribute ideas in a fast-paced environment. Compensation is hourly and Denver-based.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 0-2 years experience supporting macOS laptops or desktops in an enterprise environment.
• Experience supporting macOS and Windows 10/11, Office 365 & Google G-Suite, and iOS devices.
• Proven ability to listen and communicate effectively with non-technical staff.
• Configuring Windows and macOS; basic printer maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware and software support for macOS and Windows, majority macOS.
• Manage tickets from intake to resolution via ticketing system or in-person.
• Perform end-user training on macOS and company software/hardware.
• Diagnostics to identify and fix errors and performance issues.
• Test and deploy new software, hardware, and upgrade activities.
• Maintain staff inventory and user accounts for onboarding/offboarding.
• Coordinate with vendors to research issues and implement solutions.
• Maintain equipment inventory for onboarding workflows.
• Provision accounts in cloud apps, VoIP, cloud faxing, copiers, and secure printing system.
• Oversee new employee onboarding from account creation to training Day 1.
• Maintain disaster recovery backup systems for staff.
• Automate help desk tasks and manage security profiles via MDM.
